Job Summary: The Controller Analyst will monitor and analyze financial results, ensuring the reliability of managerial information and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of improvements in financial management processes. **Controller Analyst (Manufacturing Industry)** The Controller Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company’s financial results, ensuring the reliability of managerial information and supporting decision-making. The role involves direct work with the **SAP HANA (B1) ERP**, conducting analyses of costs, expenses, and revenues, as well as preparing management reports and performance indicators. The analyst will collaborate with outsourced accounting and other internal departments to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze financial postings and information in the SAP HANA (B1) ERP. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Monitor industrial costs, operating expenses, and contribution margins. * Support result control activities. * Validate information received from outsourced accounting. * Identify opportunities for improvement in control and financial management processes. * Provide internal departments with support in interpreting data and indicators. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in controlling, financial analysis, or industrial cost analysis. * Knowledge of SAP HANA (B1) ERP. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in preparing management reports and presentations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing industry with outsourced accounting. * Knowledge of results analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controlling or Finance.
