Collaborate integrally with engineering, quality, PCP, and maintenance. Play a strategic role in continuous improvement and operational standardization. Develop technical teams and implement industrial best practices. Ensure achievement of cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets. Position based in Palmeira / PR. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Production Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
