As a **Technical Specialist \- Technical Assistance Supervisor**, you will serve as the strategic link between operational teams, engineering, and suppliers, ensuring project execution with quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** Directly responsible for on-site technical assistance activities, with emphasis on **identification, root cause analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of technical service requests**, ensuring agility, quality, and accuracy in interventions performed in residential units and common areas. * Conduct on-site evaluation and diagnosis of technical service requests, performing field inspections to identify root causes of incidents. * Execute and oversee practical resolution of issues, actively engaging hands-on to carry out required services. * Address service requests related to various systems, including: * Hydraulic installations (leaks, infiltration, pressurization, drainage, water supply networks, pumps, etc); * Electrical installations (malfunctions, non-operational outlets, circuit analysis, etc); * Tile and cladding (tile detachment, cracking, improper installation); * Gypsum ceilings (inspection openings, reconstruction, technical adjustments); * Painting and finishing (pathologies, corrections, standardization); * Facades and external areas, including technical access via suspended scaffolding for inspection and repair execution. * Conduct practical field tests (e.g., watertightness tests, hydraulic and electrical tests), ensuring proper handling of discussions and validation of applied solutions. * Supervise and guide internal and third-party teams during service execution, ensuring correct technical procedures. * Ensure high-quality closure of service requests, verifying definitive resolution and customer satisfaction. * Record evidence of executed activities (photos, videos, reports, diagnoses), guaranteeing traceability of actions. * Exercise autonomous decision-making on-site, especially in critical situations requiring rapid response. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in construction execution, on-site technical assistance, and building maintenance, with strong hands-on expertise (hydraulic and electrical installations, tile and cladding, gypsum ceilings, painting and finishing, facades and external areas, etc); * Technical knowledge of diverse construction systems; * Experience with high-rise buildings and their management; * Leadership and operational team management capability; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with a strong sense of urgency. * Willingness to perform work at heights (suspended scaffolding); * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license Category B (required for moving between service locations). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Day OFF * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and shapes the future of cities?
