




**Job Description**: Responsible for analyzing facilities operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the company’s physical infrastructure. Involved in planning, analyzing, and executing building services, third-party contracts, and process improvements; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards; optimizing costs; and guaranteeing a high level of internal customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**: * Analyze and plan building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, etc.). * Manage all facilities contracts comprehensively (cleaning, reception, security, landscaping, maintenance, transportation, among others). * Lead budgeting processes, cost control, supplier negotiations, and performance analysis (KPIs and SLAs). * Develop and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. * Analyze infrastructure projects, renovations, layout modifications, and organizational changes. * Monitor compliance with safety, occupational health, and technical regulations (NRs, AVCB, inspection reports, etc.). * Support sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste management, reduction of operational costs). * Administer building management systems (BMS, CAFM, access control, automation, internal service requests). * Prepare and present managerial reports and performance dashboards to senior leadership. * Serve as the technical reference point, guiding analysts and operational teams. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree * Driver’s license category B * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in people management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree Driver’s License Category: B * Pharmacy Benefit * Educational Benefits * Telemedicine * Dental Care * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance (VR/VA) * Company Vehicle * Profit Sharing
