




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 1 hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment type:** Permanent \- CLT labor code Provide service to cooperative members; Provide telephone support to cooperative members; Meet the needs of cooperative members; Contribute to results and achievement of established targets; Assist in preparing commercial proposals for products and services to cooperative members; Support maintaining updated records of cooperative members; Direct and expedite service to cooperative members; Assist cooperative members with support for electronic access and usage; Formalize approved renegotiation proposals. **Requirements:** Completed or pursuing a degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management Processes; or other finance\-related fields; Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Basic understanding of sales techniques; Previous experience in sales and customer service; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing); Teamwork skills; AMBIMA certification will be an advantage; Good communication and interpersonal skills; **Benefits:** Dental insurance, Gym allowance, Childcare allowance, Education assistance, Profit sharing, Life insurance, Meal voucher
