Track vehicles and update status for customers. Deliver and receive vehicles using entry and exit checklists. Organize information, appointments, and customer service flow. Monitor pending items and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Support administrative and commercial routines of the workshop. Assist in document control, recordkeeping, and verification. Coordinate customer service, reception, and operational support for the technical team. Support other administrative and commercial routines of the company. ### **Prerequisites** Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Organization and agility for a dynamic routine. Proficiency in customer service and WhatsApp usage. Responsibility in completing and monitoring processes. Commitment and attention to detail. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in customer service, reception, or commercial assistance. Background in workshops, auto centers, or the automotive sector. Experience handling Service Orders and checklists. Proficiency with systems and administrative controls. ### **Benefits** Meal allowance of R$ 21.00 per working day (approximately R$ 462.00 monthly).
