Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the work team by assigning, monitoring, overseeing, guiding, training, developing, and evaluating subordinate performance—aiming for productivity, quality, and team integration. * Manage the maintenance technicians' team (task allocation, technical guidance, feedback, training, shift scheduling, and coverage) and develop the skills matrix. * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (unavailability, backlogs, costs, service profile, man-hours, plan compliance, and energy matrix), propose continuous improvement actions, and implement corrective and preventive measures to achieve target indicator levels. * Monitor execution of critical preventive maintenance activities within the responsible area. * Lead initiatives to promote continuous improvement/kaizen projects for the maintenance/utilities team. * Propose actions for energy savings and efficiency. * Serve as custodian of the 5S program in maintenance workshops. * Manage all consumables and tooling for the assigned department. * Manage attendance records, vacations, and irregularities for supervised personnel. * Manage maintenance action plans within the responsible department (Ciged, continuous improvement group anomalies, and failure analyses). * Conduct departmental routine meetings (GD, weekly PCM, monthly closing, and shift handovers). * Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date procedures, maintenance plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and records required for validations, internal and external audits. * Plan and prioritize work orders jointly with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to minimize impact on plant availability. * Ensure equipment maintenance while guaranteeing environmental control per applicable standards and quality requirements. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations (NRs, internal rules, lockout/tagout, working at heights, confined space entry, etc.). * Support Quality, Validation, and Engineering departments regarding deviations, engineering changes, equipment/system qualification, and customer/regulatory audits. * Request and contract third-party services following technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis; research and register new maintenance materials for inclusion in inventory and procurement systems. Participate in technical specifications, quotations, contracting, and supplier follow-up for maintenance services and materials, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality. * Actively embody the company’s internal Culture and Policies. * Flexible working hours. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or Production Engineering; or Technology degree in Automation, Maintenance Management, or Electrical Engineering—mandatory. * Technical education in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronics, or Mechanical fields—desirable. * Postgraduate studies in related areas—desirable. * Advantage: Prior experience in printing, packaging, or related industries. * SAP\-PM * Proficiency and knowledge of management tools. * Familiarity with agile tools. * Knowledge of reliability tools (FMEA, RCM, 5Pqs, 5W2H, Ishikawa). * Power BI * GMP **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, depending on departmental needs. * Location: São Sebastião da Bela Vista/MG * Working Hours: 08:00 to 17:48, with shift flexibility. * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, committed to ensuring that everyone across the country has access to quality healthcare—because, for us, medicine has no social class.
