Apply for this position and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Schedule and process payments; Control, verify, and record service invoices, bills, TDRs (Travel Expense Reports), corporate credit cards, and receipts in the system; Integrate and issue RPAs (Autonomous Payment Receipts) in the system; Register autonomous professionals in the system; Perform accounting entries for TDRs and corporate credit cards; Purchase airline tickets and book hotels; Generate financial reports for the accounting department; Digitize various documents; Reconcile bank statements; Integrate raw material entries (EMs); Verify freight invoices issued by transport companies for payment; Release commissions to agents; Occasionally perform external tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education and/or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — with a 1-hour lunch break.
