THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby publicly announce the opening of registration for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call, and the candidate must confirm availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4606\.75 **UNIT:** Avenida Dorinato Lima Inconfidentes \| Contagem MG \- 32223160 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and initiatives to promote SEST SENAT services and attract clients, operating the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector audience. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. Completion of the specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within the validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training activities. **PROOF:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Employment Record, containing identification details and employer registration, including start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Employer’s declaration, including the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying the start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, as well as a detailed description of duties performed; c) Copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. Authorization to perform paid activities indicated on the driver’s license. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** § Experience in socio-educational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF HIRING:** DRIVER’S LICENSE RECORD FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS (DOCUMENT PRESENTATION AND VALIDATION AT THE TIME OF HIRING).
