Apply for this position and join our story! **Responsibilities and duties** Verify data on the Invoice (NF); Record tax documents; Enter transport waybills into the system; Archive documents; Adjust products and register suppliers in the system; Generate raw material entries; Issue/verify freight reports; Verify freight entries in the tax ledger and forward invoices for payment; Assist in issuing Invoices (NF) without purchase orders (Purchase Returns and Repair Shipments); Monitor deadlines and current legislation related to tax recordkeeping; Occasionally perform external tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** Currently pursuing a university degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences, or holding a Technical Accounting qualification; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. Knowledge of Tax Legislation; Experience in the Tax area is desirable. **Additional information** Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 — with a 1-hour break.
