Job Summary: The 3corações Group is seeking a professional to organize, grade, and cup coffee samples, ensuring quality and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and prepare coffee samples for cupping (tasting); * Complete internal control forms; * Update the physical inventory management system (receipts and shipments), performing inventory audits; * Record grading results of incoming coffees in the system; * Identify and organize coffee samples in appropriate containers according to their grade; * Create blends and dispatch the shipment pile to warehouses; * Grade and cup coffees offered for purchase and verification; * Knowledge of physical and sensory coffee grading; * Blend creation, purchase verification, unloading, and coffee shipment (e.g., commodity, specialty, consumer-grade, etc.); * Familiarity with commercial aspects (e.g., NY and London Commodity Exchanges, foreign exchange, pricing mechanisms for purchase and sale). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed High School. **Required** * Experience in this role; * Knowledge of grading standards; * Coffee grading and cupping course. **Desirable** * Knowledge of agronomy; * Refined sensory capability. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
