Apply for the position and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and duties** Review approved sales orders in the system; Review sales quotations (commissions, prices, etc); Check property Sintegra information; Change order statuses and forward to the Credit department; Make orders available for loading (portfolio); Make changes to orders in the portfolio such as packaging, formulations; Analyze and control order cancellations in the portfolio; Prepare sales, order, and cancellation reports; Send reports to the Sales network and managers; Review Freight Transport documents before sending to Finance. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed High School or completed/pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Sales Management, or related fields; Proficiency in Office Suite; Intermediate Excel skills; Experience in commercial areas of medium/large industrial companies is desirable. **Additional information** Working hours: Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.
