




**Sales Manager – Steel Frame and Drywall** We are seeking a **Store Manager** with a **hands-on** profile, possessing an **owner’s mindset**, high energy, and strong leadership. This person will be responsible for the store’s **entire operation**, ensuring strong performance in **sales, purchasing, shipping–logistics**, and delivering the best possible customer experience. **About the Store** * Area: **600m²** * Positioning: **Premium** * Target Audience: **Construction companies, assembly firms, and end consumers** \* **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the store’s **overall operations**, lead the team, and monitor performance indicators. * Actively engage in **consultative sales**, preparing technical quotations and understanding each client’s specific needs. * Ensure **price and delivery-time competitiveness**, monitoring market conditions and adjusting quotations accordingly. * Supervise **purchasing and shipping**, analyzing product turnover and managing inventory levels. * Monitor **freight, logistics, and profit margins**, ensuring operational efficiency. * **Prospect new clients**, especially construction companies focused on steel frame. * Recruit, train, and motivate the team, serving as a **model of discipline and commitment**. **Desired Profile** * **High energy**, leadership posture, and sense of urgency. * **Analytical and results-oriented** profile. * **Ethical, committed, and growth-minded.** * **Hands-on**, with autonomy to make decisions. * Experience in **technical retail or civil construction** (e.g., Leroy Merlin, Sodimac, Construcenter, electrical, plumbing, lighting stores, etc.). * Preferred experience with **complex sales operations and multiple SKUs**. * Familiarity with **sales systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools**. * **Personal vehicle required.** **Additional Information** * **Employment type:** CLT or PJ (to be determined) * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM \| Saturdays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM **What We Seek** Someone who truly embraces the role, leads with purpose, and identifies opportunities where others see obstacles.
