Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing raw materials, operating and adjusting injection machines, controlling the quality of parts, and completing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive maintenance of equipment Prepare and supply raw materials for plastic/polyurethane injection; Record equipment parameter controls; Perform preventive maintenance; Install and adjust molds on injection machines for part manufacturing; Control part quality (finishing, counting, hyphenation); Separate non-conforming parts for grinding and/or disposal; Send finished parts to the finishing department; Complete control documents; Enter data into the system regarding produced parts, among others; Preferably reside in Guarulhos and have experience with PET injection.
