Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and duties** * Responsible for ensuring the correct movement and control of coffee in the warehouse, guaranteeing the integrity, quality, and traceability of batches from receipt to dispatch. * Receiving and Unloading: Physical and document inspection of incoming coffee shipments to the warehouse, verifying compliance with invoices (number of bags, coffee type, origin); * Discharge and Sampling: Supervising the discharge of coffee into silos or designated areas, ensuring proper identification and collecting samples for quality analysis; * Identification and Traceability: Ability to identify different coffee batches using labeling systems, barcodes, or other control methods to ensure complete traceability; * Sorting and Storage: Ability to sort coffee batches according to predefined criteria (quality, type, customer, certification) and direct them to correct storage locations; * Quality Control: Knowledge to perform or supervise coffee quality inspections, visually identifying defects, excessive moisture, or any non-conformities that could affect the product; * Movement to Machinery: Experience in removing coffee from storage to supply processing, reprocessing, or bagging machines, ensuring the correct batch is processed; * Dispatch: Inspection of all coffee batches leaving the warehouse, ensuring the product and quantity match sales orders or transfer requests. **Requirements and qualifications** Education * High school diploma.
