### **Job Description**
What you will do here: Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, with a strategic focus on cultural and technical fit; Design and implement training and development initiatives while monitoring team progress; Support HR structuring projects, such as job classification and compensation, career paths, and process organization; Monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and propose practical improvements for daily operations; Support leaders in people management, acting as a close partner in decision-making; Guide employee development by contributing to consistent action plans; Support initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, aligning discourse with practice; Work as a generalist, actively participating in department routines and demands.
### **Prerequisites**
What we expect from you: Completed bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience as an HR generalist, including hands-on involvement in recruitment, Training & Development (T&D), and developmental routines; Strong analytical ability to work with metrics and transform data into actionable insights; Organizational skills, sense of priority, and autonomy to manage daily tasks; Excellent communication skills and ease in interacting with diverse profiles and hierarchical levels across the organization; Willingness to travel, as required by business needs.
