




**About the position:** We are looking for a Generalist HR professional with strong experience in Payroll Department to join our team! This person will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of labor-related processes, as well as supporting general Human Resources activities. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out admission, termination, and severance processes. * Process payroll, vacations, 13th salary, and labor charges. * Manage and administer benefits (transportation voucher, meal voucher, agreements, etc.). * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and legal deadlines. * Support electronic timekeeping management and work schedule control. * Provide employee support and guidance on labor issues, payroll, and benefits. * Assist in recruitment processes, new employee onboarding, and engagement initiatives. * Collaborate with training and development routines when necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Previous experience in Payroll Department and generalist HR routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in payroll systems and Office suite. **Differentiators:** * Experience in medium/large companies or logistics sector * Experience with eSocial.
