If you seek professional growth, a dynamic environment, and the opportunity to join a sector-leading company, this job is for you! **Position: Senior Compensation Analyst** **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Responsibilities:** * Complete, monitor, and save evidence of monthly departmental goals, ensuring data consistency, alignment, and periodic reporting; * Monitor and execute monthly budget management per cost center, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and delivering reports to the Controller’s Office, as well as auditing goal compliance; * Responsible for posting reclassifications, accruals, and reconciling Income Statement (DRE) openings; * Update and develop policies related to internal processes, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and best practices; * Support the calculation, analysis, and consolidation of performance indicators and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making; * Calculate monthly bonuses and gratuities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience analyzing Income Statements (DRE), Business Intelligence (BI), and process automation; * Prior experience in budget planning and performance indicator management; * Ability to interpret data and generate insights to support strategic decisions; * Capacity to manage multiple tasks autonomously and efficiently; * Strong communication skills to interact with and present information to senior leadership; * Preferred: Familiarity with TOTVS RM system. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Pharmacy network agreement; * Cashback program at our restaurants.
