Everyone is welcome on our team! **About the Opportunity** **Area:** IAJ **Location:** Santa Rita do Sapucaí, MG **Work Model:** Standard business hours **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Purchasing national and international products and services for the Indirect Procurement area, with focus on industrial and facility maintenance across Intelbras’ manufacturing plants; * Negotiating and managing your assigned supplier portfolio using best-in-class procurement practices and tools (RFI, RFQ, Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, TCO Analysis, among others); * Prospecting and qualifying suppliers; * Consolidating company-wide demand (Head Office and Branches) and collaborating with requesters to define requirements; * Ensuring optimal service procurement in accordance with defined specifications and quality standards; * Understanding proposed scopes and guaranteeing the integrity of received information; * Monitoring market launches and innovations within your category; * Analyzing and requesting draft contracts; * Performing strategic category management for assigned categories; * Supporting process and system improvements; * Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. **What We’re Looking For:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields; * Knowledge of procurement processes. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * English and/or Spanish proficiency; * Experience with Ariba and SAP MM. **What We Offer:** * Meal Allowance; * Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Health and Well-being Programs (psychological support, maternity program, baby gift); * Banked Hours; * Childcare Assistance; * Biannual Profit-Sharing Program; * Transportation Allowance; * Birthday Day Off; * Gympass; * Life Insurance; * Viva Psychology Program; * Investment in training and development; * Intelbras Knowledge Portal and Library; * Discounts on Intelbras products.
