A construction company is seeking a Construction Helper in Pouso Alegre. **Responsibilities:** Assist construction professionals—including masons, carpenters, electricians, and metalworkers—in performing general tasks. Prepare, transport, and organize materials and tools, ensuring their availability for teams. Perform simple construction activities, such as mortar mixing, concrete pouring, and handling of blocks and bricks. Maintain a clean and organized construction site by collecting debris and waste. Support the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures, such as scaffolding and shoring. Comply with occupational safety regulations, using PPE and preventive procedures. Assist in verifying measurements and materials to ensure accuracy in tasks. Record activities and report incidents when required. Collaborate with the construction team to improve productivity and efficiency. Contribute to safety, organization, and quality of construction activities. Previous experience as a Construction Laborer, Construction Assistant, Mason's Helper, or General Helper may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
