Job Summary: A professional responsible for data verification, production control, issuance of technical reports and certificates, organization of the inspection department, and support to the team. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for quality assurance in product inspection 2. Participation in internal Quality audits 3. Support and supervision of the inspection team · Verify all data on the Service Order (S.O.); · Verify and complete the general Check-List; · Release services to the Shipping department after verifying: Service Order (S.O.) rewind direction, core diameter, waste, completion of the Production History, and observations noted on the Service Order; · Verify production leftovers (ends); · Prepare technical reports and issue them to the customer (when required); · Issue internal non-conformance reports or deviation sheets (when required); · Join the company’s internal Quality audit team, as needed; · Issue identification labels for finished and approved products; · Assist in performance evaluations of inspection operators (when required); · Supervise training of inspectors; · Maintain organization within the inspection department; · Maintain organization and segregation of cores; · Keep cell identification boards up to date; · Apply protective covers to finished and released products; · Organize protective covers and arrange boxes accordingly; · Provide basic support to the inspection team’s requests; · Monitor calibration processes for Rotoflex equipment and inspection tables; · Track incoming assignments and schedule the inspection team; · Coordinate machine cleaning with inspectors; · Request and monitor corrective maintenance for inspection machines; · Train Junior Quality Assistants; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.750,00 - R$2.050,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
