Responsibilities and Duties * Entering invoices * Entering products * Registering products * Releasing inventory * Inventory analysis * RMA analysis * Verifying prices and tax calculations Requirements and Skills * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting. * Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics and fiscal areas. * Basic knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to organize and manage tasks effectively. * Teamwork capability. * High attention to detail. * Analytical ability to handle fiscal (ICMS) and logistics-related data. * Understanding of the company’s fiscal and tax obligations, especially those related to product procurement. * Basic understanding of logistics processes, including inventory and transportation management.
