Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to assist in technical requirements analysis, conducting and monitoring product testing, and providing technical support to internal customers. Job Description * Assist in analyzing technical requirements information prior to conducting low-complexity tests; * Assist in conducting product tests; * Monitor test results; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing methods and products to be tested; * Communicate with internal customers on technical matters, under guidance; * Support completion of forms, data consolidation, and report preparation, under guidance; * Conduct meetings and/or remote access with customers, under guidance; * Consult other technicians/analysts, seeking guidance as needed; Requirements * Act as a guardian of company values; * Ability to resolve low-complexity problems; * Writing skills for report preparation; * Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or technical degree. (Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields). Position Details: * Internship allowance: To be negotiated; * Modality: On-site in Santa Rita do Sapucaí; * Schedule: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
