**Accountant** **JOB SUMMARY:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and maintain financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate reporting to support decision\-making. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports. * Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. * Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. * Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. * Prepare tax returns and ensure timely tax payments. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits as needed. * Maintain and update accounting systems and databases. * Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial health of the organization. * Generate financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency. **CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 1\-3 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a mid\-to\-large company. * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field is required. * Strong communication skills and being detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment. * Able to apply consistent standards while adapting to frequent changes in Company requirements. * Be flexible and able to work with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. * Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills are required.
