




Job Description: Responsibilities / Activities / Tasks * Conduct supplier search and selection processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ, and BIDs), both domestic and international. * Negotiate delivery timelines, costs, and quality to ensure optimal outcomes for the company. * Plan procurement of materials and services from your supplier portfolio. * Analyze, review, and manage purchase requisitions; issue purchase orders in the system. * Conduct commercial negotiations aligned with the Procurement Policy guidelines. * Monitor the end-to-end procurement process through supplier payment, including physical inspections (quality), tax verifications, and accounting checks (NCM, CFOP). * Generate, monitor, and evaluate supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost). * Visit Modirum Gespi and supplier facilities as required. * Act as a facilitator in generating solutions and opportunities between suppliers and internal departments. * Issue contracts and purchase orders, promoting process automation. * Analyze and define the most suitable INCOTERM for each international transaction. * Address material non-conformities and returns. * Identify cost-reduction opportunities in procurement activities. * Propose continuous process improvements and innovative alternatives for supply sourcing. * Apply Strategic Sourcing methodologies for competitive bidding and supplier chain management. * Comply with and implement Export Control and Compliance guidelines. * Support the development and mentoring of interns within the department. Responsibilities * Execute all operational tasks within the Procurement department. * Actively contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of departmental methods, processes, and practices. Requirements Professional Experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
