Report efficiency losses and additional services. · **Perform mechanical diagnostics.** · Complete all courses outlined in the JDU (DS) learning path. · Maintain a clean, organized, and complete toolbox. · Use the SIMOVA system correctly; · Know and monitor weekly productivity targets and metrics; · Properly open and track DTACs; · Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and roadworthy; · Immediately report efficiency losses or additional services requested by the customer to the base; · Complete reports and service orders (OS).
