Work on data modeling and database best practices We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and React to drive the evolution of the company's strategic internal systems. This professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web features, directly contributing to improvements in performance, scalability, and user experience. **Hybrid work model in Nova Lima/MG.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails * Build modern and responsive interfaces with React * Participate in the evolution of internal systems (backoffice, integrations, etc.) * Design and consume RESTful APIs * Work on data modeling and relational database best practices * Ensure code quality * Identify and resolve issues (debugging and troubleshooting) **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Ruby on Rails * Experience with React (hooks, context, functional components) * Proficiency in JavaScript * Experience with REST APIs * Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar) * Familiarity with Git (version control) * Experience with MVC architecture
