**Requirements:** * Reside in Mariana \- MG; * Completed high school; * Proven experience in the role; * Availability to work on a 3x2 shift schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Verify the grade specified in the project; * Assist in embankment and excavation construction, guiding material distribution to ensure correct embankment slope alignment per the project, using a wooden triangular template equipped with a bubble level on the upper leg; * Guide earthmoving equipment operators regarding embankment/excavation angle/slope; * Establish reference ramps (slope orientation cuts) to ensure slope grade compliance; * Assist the earthworks inspector in quantifying materials; * Coordinate closely with the surveying team, familiarizing oneself with established survey points and elevations; * Inspect embankment/excavation slopes, as well as leveling and layer thicknesses.
