Job Summary: An operational professional to develop automations, program, robotize, manage data and IT infrastructure, and ensure information security. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on automation, programming, and robotization for process optimization. 2. Data analysis and dashboard development to support decision-making. 3. Responsibilities in infrastructure, technical support, and information security. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Automation, Programming, and Robotization (Primary Focus):** * Develop automated routines for operational task execution; * Create scripts and solutions using Python for process automation; * Integrate systems and databases to eliminate manual activities; * Develop robots (simple RPA or scripts) to improve productivity; * Identify automation opportunities across cooperative departments; * Apply technological solutions to reduce rework and operational errors. **Data and Business Intelligence:** * Develop SQL queries and perform data manipulation; * Structure and process databases; * Create dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel); * Support decision-making through data analysis; * Ensure data integrity and reliability. **Infrastructure and Technical Support (Secondary):** * Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, and connectivity); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Monitor network, server, and system operations; * Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across systems and networks; * Execute backup and information security routines; * Document technological infrastructure (network, IPs, servers). **Information Security:** * Manage access to institutional systems; * Conduct periodic access reviews (compliance); * Implement and monitor information security measures; * Deliver training on best practices and secure system usage. **Processes and Governance:** * Support audits related to the IT area; * Participate in implementing technological standards and policies; * Ensure process organization and traceability; * Provide technical support during meetings and events. **Requirements:** **Bachelor's Degree in:** o Information Systems; o Computer Science; o Software Engineering; o Systems Analysis and Development. **6 months to 1 year of experience in:** o Process automation; o Programming (Python or similar); o Data manipulation; o Technical support; o IT infrastructure. **Technical Knowledge:** 1\. Computer literacy (Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) \- Advanced; 2\. Python (automation and scripting) \- Intermediate; 3\. Basic understanding of APIs and integrations \- Intermediate; 4\. Power BI \- Intermediate; 5\. Networks and Infrastructure \- Basic; 6\. Operating Systems \- Familiarity; 7\. Programming Logic \- Familiarity; 8\. Automation (scripts, integrations) \- Familiarity; 9\. Information Security \- Familiarity; 10\. SQL (data querying and manipulation) \- Intermediate; 11\.
