Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Project Participation \- Participate in low-complexity projects within your area of expertise, executing tasks according to received guidance Accounting Closing Participation \- Contribute to the timely completion of the accounting closing, as established by the company, performing assigned tasks per the schedule; Accounting Reclassifications and Journal Entries \- Perform manual or imported accounting reclassifications and journal entries, aligned with the TOTVS RM system’s chart of accounts; Journal Entry Processing in TOTVS RM System \- Process journal entries and integrations in the TOTVS RM system, ensuring accounting information is recorded promptly. Reconciliation Analyses \- Support all small- and medium-complexity reconciliation analyses, working under supervision from Senior Staff, Specialists, and Coordination. Report Extraction \- Extract reports, trial balances, and other documentation, supporting analyses and assisting the department. Asset Item Analysis and Registration \- Analyze and register asset items in the Bonum system, ensuring proper fixed-asset tracking and control.
