If this describes you and you share our passion for energy, we would be delighted to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** **Job Mission:** * Provide maintenance services at facilities, meeting internal requirements and processes with maximum quality and safety. **Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician III:** Will perform all responsibilities already described for Maintenance Technician II, plus: * Contribute to the planning, coordination, and guidance of team activities to ensure safety, work quality, compliance with deadlines, goals, and established indicators, as well as identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes; * Execute asset maintenance plans, carried out by in-house or third-party teams, complying with and ensuring compliance of internal procedures. Identify deviations and suggest necessary actions for compliance, sizing required resources, keeping the Maintenance Management System updated with information resulting from service execution, in order to guarantee operational availability of assets; * Assist in monitoring area indicators, identifying weaknesses and distortions, suggesting actions and assisting the supervisor in implementing corrective actions, in order to achieve better results in area processes and support strategic decision-making; * Receive and accompany visits and audits from external agencies, following immediate supervisor's instructions, meeting demands and presenting documents to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements according to established regulations; * Assist the supervisor in local Adm/Financial/Accounting management (cash), complying with financial administrative procedures, contributing to the preparation of reports on inflows and outflows supported by invoices, in order to comply with financial administrative procedures; * Contribute to the development and execution of Contingency Plans and/or Emergency Response Plans and/or Dam Safety Plans, following internal procedures, identifying deviations and implementing necessary actions for compliance, sizing required resources, in order to ensure operationality and safety of people and facilities; * Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, following internal procedures, in order to contract specialized services; * Support the development of other team members, guiding task execution and sharing knowledge, reporting difficulties and training needs to the supervisor, in order to contribute to team capacity building. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechanical, Automation, Electronics or related fields; * Driver's license Category B; * Active registration with the professional council; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in Asset Maintenance; **Desirable:** * Familiarity with EquipMaint Maintenance Management Software. **Additional information** * **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance; Life insurance; Health plan; Dental plan; Education assistance; Discount partnerships (Ipog, Unisul, Clínica Buriti, FGV Executive Education, Estácio, CNA Languages, CESUSC, Funiber, Shalom Adonai); TotalPass; Onhappy; Newborn baby basket; Christmas allowance. * Work location: UFV Dunamis (Angicos RN); * Residence location: Angicos RN; * On-call shift scheduling will be required. **We specialize in Operation \& Maintenance of electrical Generation and Transmission assets**, standing out in live-line maintenance.
