THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Physiotherapist
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
2\.1\. Work schedule and hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 20 hours per week

**Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques to restore, develop, and maintain clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and RPG (Global Postural Reeducation), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social campaigns related to health and quality of life.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**DOCUMENTATION:**
Active registration with the Regional Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO).
**PROOF:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.)
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in physiotherapy services delivered in clinical or hospital settings.
**PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service provided, and description of duties performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including the identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience.
**CURRICULUM CONTENT:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Anatomy and physiology of body systems: musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, central and peripheral nervous systems. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, plus basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. RPG (Global Postural Reeducation). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors. Law No. 8080/90 — regulates health actions and services carried out by natural or legal persons, whether public or private. Levels of health care. Autonomous Social Services. Common job-specific knowledge.
