Participating in training programs and competence development Human Resources Consulting is seeking an Operational Technician in Mossoró (Downtown). With expertise in recruitment, selection, and talent development, the company aims to optimize organizations' human capital. **Responsibilities:** Will work at an industrial packaging company. Organizing and maintaining the facility. Receiving equipment arriving for maintenance. Delivering released equipment. Supporting control of workshop and showroom machines. Assisting in inventory preparation for workshop machines, showroom machines, and spare parts held in technical assistance stock. Conducting tests and evaluations to identify equipment failures. Performing internal corrective and preventive maintenance, equipment nationalization, and NR-12 compliance adjustments. Diagnosing failures. Preparing quotations. Supporting technical and commercial teams in identifying parts using equipment manuals. Issuing Technical Service Reports (TSR) after external maintenance. Maintaining updated records and technical documentation regarding procedures, maintenance activities, and problem resolutions. Supporting maintenance activities in industrial settings (under supervision of senior-level technicians). Supporting the technical team in equipment installation, maintenance, and operation activities. Conducting routine inspections to identify failures or opportunities for improvement. Participating in training and capacity-building programs to develop technical competencies. Previous experience as an Operational Assistant, Operations Analyst, Process Coordinator, or Operational Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
