




**Job Description:** Mechanical / Hydraulic Assembler **Required Education:** Completed high school (mandatory); Technical course in General Mechanics, Automation or related fields is desirable. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare parts for assembly by performing drilling, cutting, threading, and other preparation processes using required tools, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with technical specifications. \- Perform pre\-assembly of parts for welding operations. \- Coat parts, removing burrs to ensure aesthetic and functional quality of equipment. \- Finish parts by cleaning and applying adhesives, ensuring proper labeling procedures and final delivery of finished products. \- Package equipment using bubble wrap, Styrofoam and other appropriate materials on designated parts, boxing the finished product and verifying that equipment is properly prepared for transportation, ensuring safety and delivery quality. \- Move parts using hydraulic carts, hoists, electric pallet jacks and special handling devices, ensuring safety and transport efficiency. \- Verify that materials received for task execution match the production order, cross\-checking form information against materials and notifying leadership in case of inconsistencies. \- Complete the production order with data related to the task to be performed, including reference, batch number, time and date. **Additional Information:** \- Minimum 6 months’ proven experience as a mechanical/hydraulic assembler. \- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. \- Proactive in identifying and solving problems.
