We strive to grow together, embrace an owner’s mindset, and work with excellence. **What Are We Looking For?** The production intern will work directly within day-to-day operations, focusing on production—supporting the execution of operational meetings and collaborating with the operational team to implement actions arising from these meetings and line-production improvement projects. Additionally, the intern will take on the challenge of leading projects focused on improving performance and reducing production costs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Active participation in operational meetings on the factory floor * Support in maintaining and managing the master operational plan * Filling out and analyzing performance indicators * Practicing coaching with operations teams to develop new solutions on the factory floor * Leading and participating in performance improvement and cost reduction projects * Responsible for maintaining and updating operational standards * Supporting the implementation of tools related to the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) * Intermediate knowledge of Power BI * Knowledge of process flows * Initiative and proactive cooperation * Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (GSTD, PDCA, SDCA)
