Join our team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage active client portfolios, maintaining close and continuous relationships focused on customer loyalty and business expansion; * Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio, increasing investments and proposing integrated media and communication solutions; * Plan and monitor campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery and results that promote recurring business; * Lead client and agency relationship and performance meetings, presenting results, products, and new opportunities; * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellence in execution and customer satisfaction; * Monitor market trends and movements, generating strategic insights that strengthen RBS’s positioning with clients. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Advertising and Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in sales, with a focus on client portfolio management and retention; * Consultative profile, with active listening and ability to propose solutions that add value to the client's business; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, acting as a strategic partner to clients; * Organized, disciplined, and skilled in pipeline and portfolio management, with long-term vision and focus on recurrence; * Analytical ability to interpret results and identify expansion opportunities; * Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable in a dynamic and collaborative environment; * Valid driver's license (category B) and availability for travel; * Previous experience in media sales and/or advertising agencies is desirable. **Additional information** **Internal candidates may apply until 11/21/2025.** RBS is made up of people.
