We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and duties** * Check and compare with the system the quantities of products leaving the production lines, organize the layout to receive the products; * Verify the incoming and outgoing movement of turnover assets used in production; * Count products being loaded, cross-checking them with the related orders on the loading belt, observing specified quantities, flavors, and sizes; * Inspect cleanliness and hygiene of loaded vehicles using a checklist containing company-established standards; * Authorize release of loaded vehicles from the company after completing all required inspections; * Check and record in the system returns of products, containers, and turnover assets, noting discrepancies and verifying accuracy in respective accounting reports; * Receive and inspect containers and other turnover assets and additional materials received from suppliers or distribution centers; * Verify conformity of received containers, other turnover assets, and materials against purchase order specifications; * Perform physical counts of received items and compare with system data; * Identify and report any discrepancies or damages found in received containers, turnover assets, and materials; * Conduct regular stock checks to ensure record accuracy; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, following occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed; * Advantageous to be pursuing a higher education degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Forklift operator certification desirable; * Experience in the role, knowledge in goods storage, and basic understanding of inventory and loading; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, either from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with 1-hour break, or from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with 1-hour break; * Weekend availability when necessary. **Additional information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria or Meal Voucher; Attendance Bonus or Food Voucher; Transportation Voucher; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Free life insurance; Study Grant; Education Assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Support Channel; Pharmacy Discount Program; Agreements with selected universities.
