




The challenge for this position will be to supervise internal warehousing and product handling operations, unit inventory control, FIFO method implementation, and execution of vehicle loading and unloading activities. Also supervises the product distribution process to customers served by the unit, leading delivery activities carried out with owned fleet and contracted carriers. We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise the unit's logistics processes, monitoring distribution center and warehouse activities, including invoicing, receiving, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality in serving internal areas and customers. * Monitor and control activities of service providers linked to the area, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and operational standards defined by the company. * Plan and supervise receiving, storage, loading, and distribution routines, overseeing unloading, inspection, movement, shelf-life control, and product packaging operations to ensure stock integrity and availability. * Monitor exchange, return, damage processes and issuance of fiscal documents, managing the team through operational inspections, feedback, goal tracking, PDIs and results, aiming at professional development and succession planning. * Control area operational indicators and costs, ensuring proper execution of activities and accurate expense recording in corresponding cost centers. * Monitor and analyze stock losses, waste, and discrepancies, working with warehouse and distribution teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. * Define and control product storage limits, applying the FIFO method and maintaining contact with Warehouse and Sales teams to ensure proper stock turnover and prevent losses. * Support the sales process by proposing logistical alternatives that contribute to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Determine the number of trucks required to meet sales schedules, performing pre-route planning together with the leader, negotiating deliveries using both third-party and owned fleets, so that deliveries leave organized the following day. * Plan, organize and present the fleet sizing required to meet sales schedules, participating in pre\-routing and organizing deliveries performed by owned fleet and outsourced transporters. * Act in mediation and resolution of conflicts between departments, customers or transportation suppliers, using behavioral and communication skills to maintain good relationships and operational efficiency. * Participate weekly in meetings with the sales department, discussing opportunities, challenges, incidents, and next week's planning, to fulfill scheduled deliveries as effectively as possible. * Monitor recruitment, selection, and employee offboarding processes, evaluating performance, behavior, and alignment with company guidelines, ensuring maintenance of service levels and organizational climate. * Select new employees by reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates to meet area needs and demands, and dismiss employees by analyzing individual performance and behavior against company guidelines, meeting company criteria and customer service standards. * Perform other activities related to the logistics area, contributing to achieving departmental and Fruki Bebidas' goals and results. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields; * Desired specialization (postgraduate or MBA) in progress in the field; * Experience in logistics processes involving warehousing, shipping, and goods distribution, budget management, projects, results, and area performance indicators; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced level desirable; * Valid category B driver's license; * Negotiation and team leadership skills; * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 5:18 PM, with a 1 hour and 15 minute break. **Additional information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Attendance bonus; Transportation allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Free life insurance; Study grant; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Support channel; Pharmacy partnership; Partnership with selected colleges.
