Administer cloud services, Microsoft 365, and/or Google Workspace. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and devices. Assist in securing IT resources; implement and manage backup solutions. Proven experience as a corporate technician. ADDITIONAL ASSET: Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) Knowledge of virtualization. Solid knowledge of networking and help desk. Note: Inventory control, quality, integrated systems.
