




**Job Description** * Conduct the design and execution of work processes, performing analyses and solving medium-complexity technical problems. * Work on the continuous improvement of infrastructure area processes, aiming to keep systems updated, efficient, and aligned with market best practices. * Participate in the development and implementation of new IT infrastructure projects, monitoring suppliers and service providers. * Administer and make adjustments to monitoring tools, ensuring their effectiveness in detecting and preventing failures. * Perform basic configurations on network equipment such as switches and firewalls according to technical guidelines. * Contribute to defining investments in IT infrastructure through research, feasibility analyses, and requirement gathering. * Handle infrastructure-related tickets by performing technical diagnostics and identifying root causes of problems. Provide technical support to the company's client areas, proposing solutions and viable alternatives for information technology demands. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00; Fridays from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00. Hybrid work model. **Prerequisites** * Previous experience in the field; * Experience managing Linux and Windows servers, LAN/WAN/VLAN/WLAN networks, TCP/IP, subnets, routing, solid knowledge in structured cabling; * Experience providing technical support for IT infrastructure, knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, solid understanding of Network Services, knowledge of NGFW Firewalls and L2 Switches; * Completed or near completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology; * Knowledge of computer networks and network services.
