Job Summary: A production and materials planning and control professional focused on process optimization, S&OP management, and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies, * Proficiency in production and materials planning, scheduling, and control, * In-depth knowledge of S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), * Instructions, procedures, and/or work routines: operational guidelines for executing activities under one's responsibility; * Product portfolio, * Production processes: understanding product manufacturing processes through awareness of cross-functional process interfaces. * Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system: proficiency in operating the ERP system used to ensure smooth execution of departmental processes. * Plan and monitor short-term (up to one month), medium-term (2–12 months), and long-term (beyond 12 months) production, tracking achievement of planned targets and adherence (planned vs. actual) through indicator analysis, negotiating with relevant departments, and recommending corrective and/or preventive actions when necessary; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters related to production and materials planning, scheduling, and control by conducting specific studies and participating in projects involving the department to ensure smooth departmental operations and fulfillment of customer demands; * Act as a mentor to department professionals to share knowledge and contribute to individual and collective team development; * Collaborate with the maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance activities aimed at increasing equipment reliability; * Facilitate cross-departmental coordination among production, engineering, sales, and finance & administration involved in the production process, analyzing variations and trends to adjust scheduling based on sales priorities and operational constraints; * Analyze and guide product mix optimization for monthly, quarterly, and annual planning purposes; * Conduct training and refresher sessions to standardize procedural knowledge within the department and/or related areas; * Support S\&OP processes, ensuring governance of related processes and analyses that contribute to business outcomes; * Optimize supply chain processes to improve customer service levels and business financial returns; * Propose and implement innovation tools and initiatives—or process and planning improvements—to identify opportunities for enhancing operational performance; * Monitor and control raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory levels to comply with the company’s inventory policy, mitigating stockouts and excess inventory; * Comply with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. * 13\) Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned to the position, within defined scope of authority, per departmental needs and/or upon request from the immediate supervisor. 2512050202181904638
