This isn’t just “keeping the lights on”—it’s innovating for efficiency. + **AI-Driven Efficiency (AI-First):** Implement autonomous agents using code to automate complex operational workflows—reducing manual effort for the Ops team. + **Technical Leadership:** Elevate the team’s technical bar by defining architectural standards (DDD) on the Frontend and ensuring quality and observability. + **End-to-End Problem Solving:** Navigate autonomously between a modern Frontend and Backend—always focused on unlocking value for operations. ### **Required Knowledge / Experience:** * + We seek a **Frontend-Heavy (70%)** profile with functional **Full Stack (30%)** capability. + **Frontend (Mastery Required):** ReactJS, TypeScript, Material UI, CSS Modules. Architecture based on DDD and React Query. + **Backend (Functional Proficiency):** .NET Core (C#), SQL Server, Redis. You must be comfortable building endpoints, debugging, and maintaining services. + **Infra & DevOps:** Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, GitHub Actions. + **Key Differentiator (AI Engineering):** Daily use of tools like **Cursor/Claude** for productivity.
