Construction industry experience is highly valued **Job Description:** Position: Construction and Electrical Site Helper \- CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Project Locations: Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, and other cities in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul state. Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2 schedule: For candidates residing in the project city or with easy access. * 21x2 schedule: For candidates residing in cities farther from the project sites but still within Rio Grande do Sul state. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other Brazilian states. Desired Profile: Candidates must reside in Carlos Barbosa, Bento Gonçalves, Gramado, Erechim, Canela, or be willing to work in these regions. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Work will involve civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission works or those near energized areas (ground-level work only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
