Job Summary: Supervises daily distribution and logistics operations, coordinating teams, ensuring deadlines and quality, and optimizing resources for efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on ensuring quality and meeting deadlines REQUIREMENTS: Technologist or Technician in Logistics/Administration/Production Engineering or related fields; PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE; Experience leading people; Driver's License Category B; MUST RESIDE IN SANTO ANTÔNIO DE JESUS \-BA. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise daily distribution and logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, routes, and established quality standards; * Coordinate teams of drivers, assistants, and support staff, promoting engagement, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations; * Monitor loading, unloading, and product verification to ensure merchandise integrity; * Control and optimize the use of vehicles, resources, and fleet equipment; * Develop and monitor area performance indicators (KPIs), proposing improvements to operational processes; * Resolve incidents and non-conformities during delivery, acting proactively to prevent failures; * Ensure compliance with current legislation and internal regulations related to transportation, occupational safety, and environmental protection; * Conduct periodic team meetings for goal alignment, feedback, and operational training; * Support logistical planning by proposing route improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency; * Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure integrated and effective operations.
