Opportunity to build a career in Information Technology **Responsibilities** * Provide **Level 1 and Level 2 technical support**, remotely and on-site, resolving user requests **Responsibilities** * Corporate email * Microsoft 365 / Office Suite * Printers and peripherals * Daily-use applications * Deliver remote support to workstations and users * Perform basic network configurations (IP, DNS, and Gateway) * Create, modify, and reset users in **Microsoft 365** and **Active Directory** * Log, update, and track support tickets in the ticketing system * Analyze and resolve low- and medium-complexity incidents * Assist in assembling, performing basic maintenance, and organizing computers and equipment **Expected Profile** * Strong communication skills and ease in user support * Organizational skills and attention to processes and technical guidelines * Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn * Interest in building a career in **Information Technology** * Ability to handle both **Level 1 and Level 2** requests * Teamwork, commitment to deadlines, and service quality Job Type: Full-time CLT employment Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license?
