Job Summary: A technical-commercial professional responsible for prospecting, servicing, and closing industrial maintenance contracts, acting as the liaison between customers and technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on sales of industrial maintenance technical services and mechanical assembly 2. Develop customer relationships and ensure excellence in service delivery 3. Technical-commercial profile with negotiation and argumentation skills Requirements: * Proven experience in sales of industrial maintenance technical services and mechanical assembly; * Mechanical technical knowledge of the industrial maintenance services offered, to confidently and strategically engage with customers; * Driver's license Category B and availability for external customer visits; * Basic Office suite proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ClickUp, TOTVS, Advanced Excel, etc.) **KPI Indicators:** * Number of proposals issued vs. closed; * Total monthly sales value; * Customer retention and satisfaction; * Average deal closure time; * Achievement of commercial targets. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Results- and goal-oriented mindset; * Proactivity and resilience; * Ability to negotiate and provide technical arguments; * Organization and time management skills; * Team spirit and professional ethics; * Post-sales support and ongoing customer relationship management. **About the Role:** A technical-commercial professional responsible for identifying service sales opportunities, conducting active prospecting, serving customers, and closing industrial mechanical maintenance contracts. Handles requests related to equipment, machinery, production lines, and industrial systems maintenance. Acts as the liaison between customer needs and the technical solutions provided by the company, ensuring accuracy in proposals and excellence in service delivery.
