PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal voucher and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 2108\.33 **UNIT:** Tubarão/SC Operational Unit **JOB SUMMARY:** Performs cleaning services in internal and external areas and on furniture of the Operational Unit; replenishes supplies in restrooms; cleans and organizes work materials; and provides support for events promoted by the Unit, contributing to an environment conducive to institutional activities. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary education. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING SERVICES FOR OFFICE AND/OR CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the type of service performed, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly showing relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
