Job Summary: Supervise operational teams, especially housekeepers and laundry assistants, support the Manager at the Front Desk, and manage inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication, leadership, and ability to handle pressure We are the Recruitment and Selection team of Rede Drops, Brazil's largest motel chain, with units across 8 states. We currently have an opening for a Cleaning Supervisor at our Drops Tubarão unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Supervise operational departments, especially housekeepers and laundry assistants. Support the Manager in covering Front Desk duties. Organize and control inventory. Supervise outsourced staff. Requirements: Experience supervising operational teams (preferably in hospitality). Skill in team management and inventory control. Strong communication, leadership, and ability to handle pressure. Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Basic knowledge of administrative processes is desirable. We Offer: Fixed salary: BRL 2\.100,00 (BRL 2\.300,00 after 3 months) Meal Allowance (after three months): BRL 300,00 (BRL 12,00 per day) Fuel Assistance: 6x1 BRL 250,00 \| 12x36 BRL 150,00 or Bike Assistance: BRL 100,00 * For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. Work Schedule: 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing to be coordinated with the manager. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Length-of-service loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance-based Bonus Program: Bonuses every 6 months. Shift Hours: Rotating \- availability required to alternate between morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
