Contribute to company results through humanized customer service and supervision of operational and administrative processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide pharmaceutical care and clarify questions about medications. Supervise medication dispensing and inventory control, including psychotropic drugs. Ensure proper storage, expiration dates, and correct pricing. Manage regulatory documents such as licenses and health permits. Conduct audits, controlled medication balances, and staff training.
