Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production, ensuring alignment among demand, production capacity, and availability of inputs. Will execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS), issue and monitor production orders, manage inventory levels and system-to-physical inventory accuracy, as well as monitor raw materials, inventories, and production KPIs. Responsible for analyzing losses, identifying bottlenecks through time studies, supporting continuous process improvements, and maintaining up-to-date product and input master data, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred; Experience in PPCP (MPS and material planning); Hands-on experience with product master data setup and transactional entries; Organizational skills, critical thinking, and strong communication abilities.
